- Complimentary Upgrade to Private Room.
- Individuals and couples can be recognized as “Foundation” by donating $25,000.
- This can be “pledged” at $5,000 a year for 5 years by check, stocks, Family Foundation grant, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, Community Foundation Fund, etc.
- If Foundation VIP is admitted, donor gets green ID bracelet, complimentary upgrade to a private room without having to pay any extra per diem out of pocket costs, depending on availability.
- Foundation representative visits the patient to make sure his/her needs are being met.
- Expedited service in the Emergency Room is not guaranteed, but every effort is made to minimize stay there.
- Access to the Donor Concierge for help with doctor referrals, appointments, etc.
