Ambassadors Club* - $5,000
- Individuals and couples can be recognized as “Ambassadors” by donating $5,000.
- This can be pledged at $1,000 a year for 5 years by check, stocks, Family Foundation grant, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, Community Foundation Fund, etc.
- A Foundation representative visits the patient to make sure his/her needs are being met.
- Donors and their children are pre-registered to expedite hospital services including in the Emergency Dept.
